As mentioned in the previous post Marcus and I covered the Rock the Pier Event held at the Hard Rock Cafe at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.  The photos below are of some of the performers that put on a great show that evening.

Everyone seemed to have had a great time and Marcus and I were glad to offer our services for the night..

The Artist Wordsmith. The crowd was pretty moved when he performed the song “A Hero’s Welcome”. His father served in the Army for over 20 years and retired as a Full Colonel.

The real name of this performer is Matt Macis who is the only tribute artist to have performed lived in concert with Michael Jackson’s THIS IS IT band! Having toured worldwide in his tribute to Michael Jackson.

    • Thanks Maralee. We had a lot of fun meeting new people and it just felt good being able to contribute towards the event. I like the work that this particular charity does for returning soldiers.

  1. Thanks!! I was just playing around with the first photo and ended up really liking it. I liked the smoke in the background as well as the way the light was hitting the bar.. I also like the second photograph and at first I thought it would be cool if a hand was on the microphone but then again I kinda of like the photo just the way it is. 🙂
