Benefits of a Kiss
If you have been following our blog for awhile you will notice that I love posting images of our people hugging & kissing one another. Personally I think we should hug and kiss our partners & children as often as possible. Kissing can actually reduce your blood pressure. It also releases dopamine, seratonin and oxytocin and those chemicals are known to increase happiness. You also get to work out the muscles in your face lol. Kissing can be an expression of love, affection, respect or romance. At the very least, if you have children hug and kiss them often. If we cannot express our love in this most basic human form then good luck to ya!
