Travis and Amber’s Spicy & Sweet Engagement Session

The first location of Travis & Amber’s engagement session was Fells Point Baltimore Maryland and the second part took place in Columbia Maryland. It almost felt like there were not only two locations but two chapters to this shoot. The first part would be titled spicy and the second chapter sweet. It was cool to see that Travis was also excited about the engagement session and boy did he show it. As we mentioned in previous posts we may pose our couples for a part of each session and we may also ask for a kiss here there. All I will say is Travis did not need too much prompting to kiss his fiance at all. A time or too I felt like saying “cut” or “that’s a wrap”. In a way I am a little Travis because I have no qualms with PDA and I too am not afraid to show my wife how I feel about her. Although she does tend to hate it when I sing to her in public. Or private for that matter :-). Marcus and I are thrilled that you have chosen us to photograph your wedding this spring. We are looking forward to your big day. We are also pretty certain that Travis won’t have an issue helping us make sure that the big kiss will be captured on that day.

WARNING: what you are about to see should not be attempted unless you are with someone you love and if that is the case please contact MarcusDilanoPhotography so that we can schedule your engagement shoot as soon as possible.

  1. Nice reading about you

Thanks for visiting my blog. Be in touch. Browse through the category sections, I feel you may find something of your interest.

  2. You two are ridiculously talented! I love everything about this shoot… your posing is fabulous. You can FEEL the love the two of these people share from viewing your photographs. The processing on that one photo (matte, looks retro, they are staring into each other’s eyes) made me swoon. Good thing I was sitting down 🙂

    • Awww Shucks 🙂 🙂 🙂 :-). Coming from you that is an amazing compliment. The image that you posted recently with the girl reaching out to the woman on the stairway blew me away. I seriously stared at the image and your attention to detail and thought now that is a true artist :-).

This couple really made it easy on us. We will take a little credit but the connection that they had with each other had me wishing that my wife looked at me like that lol. Thanks so much for this wonderful comment. When I read it this morning I smiled for quite awhile.

      • Very welcome, and that’s no doubt a fav with good reason. After seeing you’d stopped by one of my sites, I popped on to your main website and admired two shots in particular: the one that caused the blush, and the image that immediately followed it – the couple with all the yellow cabs in the background.

      • Oh yes. I am very proud of the second photograph you mentioned. I love all of the lights from the cars and lamp posts in the background. I have a similar photo of that same scene except that the couple is in focus and the background is blurry. I went back and forth between which one to use in the slide show but I think I made the right choice. 😀.
